Privacy Notice

At Archirodon and our subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively Archirodon), we recognize our responsibility to protect the Personal information you provide to us and we fully comply with the EU 2016/679 for the protection of the personal information of the candidates.

1. Personal Information may include: surname, name, middle name, place of work and position held, contact information (e.g. e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, work address, or home address), date of birth, nationality, passport, previous employment information which may include start and end dates, department, position and any other personal information.

2. Purpose of Personal Information processing: recruitment and selection as part of Archirodon’s hiring process.

3. Archirodon will be the Controller of the Personal Information and will determine the purposes and means of processing the Personal Information.

4. In addition to Archirodon, Personal Information may be processed by the following types of third parties solely for the purposes indicated in Paragraph 2 of this Consent. These third parties include, but are not limited to, providers of applicant recruitment, evaluation and management services.

5. Personal Information processing may involve the following procedures: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, modification (e.g., updating, revision), retrieval, use, deletion, destruction, blocking, transfer (e.g., dissemination, provision, access).

6. We will keep Your Personal Information for two (2) years from the last point of contact unless the information is required to be maintained longer by law or Archirodon policy.

7. You may withdraw your Consent for Processing of Personal Information at any time by sending a written notice to Archirodon’s Data Protection Officer (DPO) whose contact information is listed below. Upon withdrawing your consent, your personal information will be deleted within thirty (30) days after the written notice is received and the requestor’s identity is confirmed by Archirodon.
