1. Privacy Notice

Subject to your direct and explicit consent Archirodon collects personal information about you and will be what’s known as the ‘Controller’ and/or the ‘Processor’ (as the case may be) of the personal data you provide to us. In case you are a job applicant, please visit the appropriate careers section wherein you can find the relevant “Recruitment Privacy Statement” which explains what we do with your personal information that we collect for recruitment purposes.

 

2. Why we need your data

Your personal data may be used for:

  1. on-going organizational updates.
  2. operational and business information and analysis services in line with the provision of contractually obligatory services to our Clients, our Employees and our Collaborators.
  3. communication with you for business and contractual related subjects of mutual importance and interest.

 

3. What we do with your data

Your personal data is processed by Archirodon’s authorized personnel for the purposes it has been provided for and you have further provided your consent within the scope of a contractual engagement or within the scope imposed by applicable legislation. No other 3rd parties have access to your personal data unless required by law or unless your consent has been provided thereof.

 

Subject to the above Arhcirodon may transfer your personal information to countries outside EU borders for legitimate or contractual reasons under your specific consent.

 

Your data is protected under a Data Protection regime, in place, safeguarding effective and secure processing. More information on this framework can be found on our website.

 

4. How long we keep your data

Your personal information will be retained for a term necessary to serve the contractual, operational needs of Archirodon or for a longer term insofar it is required by applicable law. However, your personal information will not be retained beyond this period and the retention of your personal information will be subject to periodic review. An anonymized form of your personal information which will no longer refer to you, may be kept, for statistical purposes without time limits, to the extent that Archirodon has a legitimate and lawful interest in doing so.

 

5. What are your rights

In case you consider that your personal data processed by us is incorrect, you can request to see this information, and have it corrected or deleted In case you wish to raise a complaint on how we have processed your personal data, you can contact us to have the matter investigated in which case we will respond to you no later than 30 days.
